I am reminded of watching famous glass blowers on stage at a fund raiser, and seeing one team that couldn&#039;t keep their piece from collapsing because they tried to do too much, too fast.  That&#039;s a risk you take with hot glass - absolutely everything can move, stick and break.  

They weren&#039;t phased in the least, and had enough time to try again.  They had a system, with clear methods and clear though flexible goals.</description>
