Your detailed instructions enabled me to complete this template mod in less than 10 minutes, including the base image edits.

You saved me hours of digging and frustration. Kubrick is a great model for a basic business blog and this wider width brings it out of the stone age.

Much appreciated!

This is a great article. I have a 3 column Kubrick theme that I need help with. Everytime I try and add an image to either sidebar, the footer gets pushed down and the right sidebar moves down between the body and the footer. I was looking for an answer to my problem when I ran across this fabulous article. I am adding the images through the text widget and using html to link them to other pages within the site. Do I need to add them through the sidebar.php? The site is brand new and I would like to start publicizing it. Important note: it looks great in FF, but after a few days of being happy with my first website, something told me to look at it in IE7. Sure enough, it looked horrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Site is http://MyMayorSucks.com/crony

Welcome, pilgrim! You might enjoy taking a look at WordPress Default's header.php. Just before the head closes there's a php-enhanced embedded stylesheet that controls the background for #page. Pretty cool, huh?
