3. distill excess* apple cider and voilà! 30%alc. apple wine.
4. distill excess* apple wine and voilà!, 40%+alc.apple brandy.
5. store excess* in old oak wine barrel for several years.
6. bottle.
7. enjoy**.

* determined by amounts available divided by personal preferences. :)
